Information may be used to respond to enquiries, coordinate referrals and appointments, support the provision of care, meet legal obligations and maintain website security.
Website form handling
Website form submissions are transmitted using HTTPS and sent by email to authorised clinic recipients. Referral uploads are processed in a non-public temporary location and deleted after the email is prepared. The website does not intentionally store submitted form answers in a website database.
Health information
Email is not a clinical record system. Contact OneCare Cardiology before submitting health information if you would prefer to discuss another submission method.
